The Seminar was held on September the 5th at the VIP Hotel in Maputo, organized by the Biotechnology Center UEM and financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).
More than 40 guests from the Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) and of the National Administration for Conservation Areas (ANAC) attended, as well as the Public Prosecutor’s Office and other institutions linked to the control of poaching.
A practical course in laboratory techniques for the treatment of biological samples of animals victims of furtive hunting will follow on 11-13 September.
