Resistance to drugs: Characteristics of the antimicrobial resistance profile of Escherichia coli eradication isolated from domestic animals that live near the conservation areas.
General objective: to research and characterize the resistance profile of Escherichia coli strains isolated from cattle living around conservation areas in the south of the country.
Specific objectives: to know the antibiotics most used in animals in the study areas; isolate and identify E. coli in collected samples; characterize antimicrobial resistance in E. coli isolates using agar and molecular diffusion methods; metagenomic analysis for the study of the resistome.
